The cancellation, refund, and exchange processes for the products and services you purchase through MKZ Yazılım (Mehmet Ateş) are carried out in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, under the conditions set out below.
1. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION SERVICES
- Non-Refundable Status: Domain name registrations are personalized digital services that are carried out instantly and irreversibly on behalf of the customer before international and national competent authorities (ICANN, TRABİS, etc.).
- Legal Basis: Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph (ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, "contracts relating to services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
2. HOSTING AND RESELLER SERVICES
- Refund Period and Condition: For web hosting and reseller hosting services purchased from MKZ Yazılım, there is an unconditional money-back guarantee within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
- Exceptions: No refund is made if, during the service period, the user uses the server for abuse (malware, sending spam e-mail, hosting content contrary to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, etc.) and the service is suspended for this reason.
- No refund is made for cancellation requests submitted after the 7-day period has expired.
- For annual or long-term purchases, no refund of the remaining months is made for cancellation requests after 7 days.
3. SERVER (VDS/VPS) AND OTHER DIGITAL SERVICES
Virtual servers (VDS/VPS), license services (cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, etc.), and technical support/installation services are outside the scope of refunds, as they are services that are activated instantly after the order and whose license fees are paid to upstream providers.
4. REFUND PROCESS AND PAYMENT FEEDBACK
For hosting services that meet the refund conditions, you must submit your cancellation and refund request in writing to info@mkzyazilim.com or through your customer panel. For approved refund requests, the fee is refunded to you within 14 business days through the channel you used to make the payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / EFT / Bank Transfer). MKZ Yazılım is not responsible for delays in the reflection of the refund arising from your bank's internal processes in credit card refunds.
