MkzFMS
Fleet Management System
Vehicle tracking, fuel management and maintenance planning.
What is MkzFMS?
MkzFMS is a web-based fleet management system that brings your company vehicles’ records, documents, fuel, maintenance and drivers together in one place. Inspection, insurance and comprehensive cover expiry dates are never missed; fuel receipts and maintenance costs are posted to the vehicle and cost per kilometre is calculated automatically.
It integrates with your GPS / vehicle tracking provider to bring location and mileage into the dashboard; drivers report tasks, fuel and damage from their phones.

FAQ
MkzFMS — frequently asked questions
Does it work with our existing GPS / vehicle tracking devices?
Yes. MkzFMS pulls location and mileage through the service (API) of your tracking provider. We review your provider together during analysis; you don’t need to replace devices.
How do drivers use the system?
Drivers sign in on their phones to see their assigned vehicle, tasks and reminders; they can submit a fuel receipt with a photo and report damage or a breakdown with its location. It is a browser-based mobile interface — no app store install needed.
Do we get reminders for document expiry dates?
Yes. Before inspection, insurance, licence and similar documents expire, a dashboard notification and an email are sent on the number of days you choose; WhatsApp notifications can be set up on request.
From how many vehicles does it make sense?
Even in small fleets of a few vehicles, document and expense tracking alone saves time; as the fleet grows, fuel and maintenance reports matter more. We scale the scope to your fleet size.
How is pricing determined?
We prepare a tailored quote based on the number of vehicles and users, modules and integrations (GPS, fuel card, accounting). Just send us your needs on WhatsApp.
