MkzHRM — frequently asked questions
Does MkzHRM calculate payroll?
MkzHRM prepares timesheet, leave and overtime data for payroll and exports it in the format your accountant or payroll software needs. If you want payroll calculated inside the system, we define the scope together during analysis.
How is personal data protected?
Each user sees only the screens and employees they are authorised for; sensitive fields can be restricted further. Access is logged, data travels over encrypted connections and is backed up regularly. Retention periods follow your company policy.
Does it work with our existing time clock system?
Most time clock devices and software can export or share clock-in/out data via a service; MkzHRM imports it automatically into timesheets. We review your device model together during analysis.
Do employees need to install an app?
No. Self-service screens open in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen; no app store install is required. Sign-in uses the method you choose (email or phone verification code).
How is pricing determined?
